We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, password), client information you enter into the Platform (names, emails, niche selections), and usage data (pages visited, features used, build counts).
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) send transactional emails (build confirmations, academy links); (c) process payments; (d) provide customer support; and (e) monitor usage for security and abuse prevention.
Client information you enter into the Platform (client names, emails, store data) is stored securely and used solely to provide services. We do not sell or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Content you generate through the Platform may be processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google) to generate listings, images, and other content. We do not send personally identifiable client information to AI providers beyond what is necessary for content generation.
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and Vercel. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
We integrate with the following third-party services: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI generation), Google (image generation), Etsy (store integration), and Canva (design editing). Each service has its own privacy policy.
When a seller connects their Etsy account through our Platform, we access their Etsy data via the Etsy Open API v3 with the following limited scopes:
We only access data necessary to provide our services. Etsy data is stored securely in our database and is scoped to the individual seller's account. We never share a seller's Etsy data with other sellers or third parties.
Revoking access: Sellers can disconnect their Etsy account at any time from their dashboard settings or directly from Etsy's Connected Apps page. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing their Etsy data and delete stored Etsy tokens within 24 hours.
When a seller connects their Pinterest account through our Platform, we access their Pinterest data via the Pinterest API v5 with the following limited scopes:
Our platform automatically creates and publishes Pinterest pins on behalf of connected sellers to drive organic traffic to their product listings. Pins are posted on a scheduled basis (up to 9 pins per day per account) and link directly to the seller's Etsy or Shopify store.
We only access data necessary to provide our services. Pinterest data is stored securely and scoped to the individual seller's account. We never share a seller's Pinterest data with other sellers or third parties.
Revoking access: Sellers can disconnect their Pinterest account at any time from their dashboard settings. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing their Pinterest data and delete stored Pinterest tokens within 24 hours.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to: (a) access your data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data; and (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.
